Matisse - Judgement Day

Υπέροχο το καινούριο cd των Matisse με τίτλο Toys Up που κυκλοφόρησε πριν λίγες μέρες. Επενδύστε άφοβα γιατί αξίζει από την πρώτη μέχρι την τελευταία του στιγμή. Με φρέσκο και πολύ προσεγμένο ήχο, αλλά και συνθέσεις ιδιαίτερες, που εύκολα με το πρώτο άκουσμα σε "αγγίζουν". Υπάρχουν και δυο θαυμάσιες διασκευές η επιτυχία της Cyndi Lauper: She Bop και το "Μη μου μιλάς γι' αγάπη" του Γιάννη Σπανού, (εδώ έχει τον τίτλο Gas) . Το πρώτο είναι απόλυτα ενταγμένο, με τον τρόπο που αποδίδεται, στο ύφος του cd, ενώ το δεύτερο με τη συμμετοχή της Δήμητρας Γαλάνη δίνει ένα πολύ ξεχωριστό χρώμα και είναι από τα highlights του Toys Up, όπως και τα Killer Kids , Call Me Call Me, αν και είναι ίσως άδικο να ξεχωρίζουμε κάποιο κομμάτι.
Πρέπει τέλος να υπογραμμίσουμε και την ιδιαίτερη επιμέλεια που δείχνουν στου στίχους τους.
