Έχοντας ένα σπουδαίο παρελθόν οι   δημιούργησαν πολύ μεγάλες προσδοκίες στους παλιούς τους φίλους με την αναγγελία της κυκλοφορίας του Facemelter (Μάιος 2010) που ήταν το πρώτο τους άλμπουμ από το 1997. Προσδοκίες που δεν διέψευσαν. Δυστυχώς το Facemelter έμελλε να είναι και το "κύκνειο άσμα" για τον μπασίστα - τραγουδιστή και ιδρυτικό μέλος του συγκροτήματος Phil Kennemore που    σε ηλικία  57 χρόνων υπέκυψε στις 7 Ιανουαρίου προσβεβλημένος από καρκίνο του πνεύμονος.

Το πρώτο σινγκλ από το Angles  που φέρνει πίσω στη δισκογραφία τους  The Strokes μετά από 5 χρόνια απουσίας. Στις 15 Φεβρουαρίου κυκλοφόρησε το νέο άλμπουμ των The Dears, Degeneration Street στο οποίο συμμετέχουν οι  Patrick Krief, Rob Benvie και Roberto Arquila που απουσίαζαν από το προηγούμενο άλμπουμ τους Missiles. To Degeneration Street έγινε δεκτό με πολύ καλές κριτικές.  To Blood από το άλμπουμ προσφέρει δωρεάν η εταιρία τους Dangerbird Records από εδώ.

Pavlov's Dog - Angeline

 

Αντάξιο του παρελθόντος τους που μας χάρισε μερικά μικρά αριστουργήματα το νέο  άλμπουμ των  Pavlov's Dog,  Echo And Boo. Το άλμπουμ των Pavlov's Dog, που μας επισκέφθηκαν πολύ πρόσφατα  είναι το πρώτο του συγκροτήματος μετά το 1990 και ο πλήρης τίτλος του είναι The Adventures Of Echo & Boo And Assorted Small Tails. Με πολύ καλές συνθέσεις και τον David Surkamp (που είναι και ο μοναδικός από τα αρχικά μέλη στο συγκρότημα σήμερα) σε εξαιρετική φόρμα βάζει ένα ακόμα πολύτιμο λίθο δίπλα στα πετράδια τη δεκαετίας του 70.
