Το My Ugly Boy είναι το πρώτο σινγκλ από το καινούριο άλμπουμ των Skunk Anansie, Wonderlustre που είχαν να κυκλοφορήσουν άλμπουμ από το 1999.  Είχε μεσολαβήσει βέβαια το Smashes and Trashes (2009) που ήταν όμως ουσιαστικά "Greatest Hits".
