Σε συμφωνικές συνθέσεις μετέτρεψαν παλιότερα κομμάτια τους οι  My Dying Bride στο νέο τους άλμπουμ Evinta που κυκλοφορεί από τις 30 Μαΐου, δίνοντας μια νέα εντυπωσιακή διάσταση στα κομμάτια τους. Όχι τόσο πρόωρα όσο εκείνος αλλά αρκετά νέος πήγε να συναντήσει τον παλιόφιλό του Phil Lynott ο  Gary Moore , που σύμφωνα με την είδηση του BBC πέθανε την ώρα που κοιμόταν σε ξενοδοχείο στην Ισπανία, που βρισκόταν για διακοπές. Ο Βορειοιρλανδός Gary Moore που ξεκίνησε την καριέρα του από την ηλικία των 16 όταν ο PhilL Lynott τον κάλεσε στο Δουβλίνο για να ενσωματωθεί στους Skid Row.

Chris de Burgh - Go Where Your Heart Believes

Από 2 μέρη αποτελείται το νέο άλμπουμ του Chris de Burgh,  Moonfleet & Other Stories. Όπως λέει και ο τίτλος του το πρώτο μέρος (18 κομμάτια) είναι βασισμένο στο βιβλίο του J. Meade Falkner (1895 - 1903),  Moonfleet (*),  ενώ στο β΄μέρος (6 κομμάτια) αφηγείται μουσικά κάποιες άλλες ιστορίες. ...διάλεξα το πρώτο τραγούδι που μου ήλθε στο μυαλό. Σκέφτηκα αρκετά άλλα στη συνέχεια, όμως πιστεύω πως μιας και ανταποκρίνεται απόλυτα στους όρους του παιχνιδιού είναι καλύτερα να βάλω την πρώτη μου επιλογή.

Η κυκλοφορία του νέου cd του Joe Henry Civilians, μου θύμισε την καταπληκτική ερμηνεία του Solomon Burke στο τραγούδι του Flesh and Blood. Το τραγούδι εμφανίστηκε πρώτα στο cd του Solomon Burke στο Don't Give Up on Me (2002), ενώ από τον ίδιο τον Joe Henry ακούστηκε την επόμενη χρονιά στο Tiny Voices .
