David Gilmour - Yes, I Have Ghosts

 

Το Yes, I Have Ghosts εκτός από το single του 2020 περιέχεται σαν ομότιτλο bonus cd στην έκδοση με μαλακό εξώφυλλο  του βιβλίου της συζύγου του  David Gilmour, Polly Samson, A Theatre Of Dreamers, που κυκλοφόρησε στις 15 Απριλίου του 2021. Το βιβλίο που πρωτοκυκλοφόρησε το 2020 και είχε πολύ μεγάλη εμπορική επιτυχία αλλά και αναγνώριση από τους κριτικούς σαν το βιβλίο της χρονιάς, αναφέρεται σε μια 18χρονη, που μετακομίζει στην Ύδρα για να ξεφύγει από τον αυστηρό πατέρα της τη δεκαετία του 1960 και γνωρίζει πολλούς καλλιτέχνες ανάμεσα στους οποίους και το Leonard Cohen. Εκτός από τον David Gilmour στο cd παίζει και η κόρη του ζευγαριού Romany.

Στη φυσική μορφή αποτελείται από 4 κομμάτια ενώ στη διαδικτυακή είναι συνήθως χωρισμένο σε 8 κομμάτια με την ίδια συνολική διάρκεια. Το Our Side Has to Win (for D.H.), που είναι ίδιο και στις δύο μορφές, είναι αφιερωμένο στη μνήμη του μουσικού ατζέντη Dirk Hugsam, που έφυγε μετά από μακροχρόνια ασθένεια στις 21 Δεκεμβρίου του 2018.
